Our almonds come from trusted BRC accredited growers in California, Spain, and Australia. California, as the world’s largest producer, supplies around 80% of the global almond crop. Harvested in late summer, the almonds are carefully dried, shelled, and finely ground into flour. This process ensures that the almonds retain their full nutritional value, providing a flour that’s both rich in flavour and packed with nutrients.
