Uren supporting Mrs Darlingtons for Alder Hey Hospital.You might know our friend Max, but then you might not. Last year, he had a life threatening accident
whilst climbing on the rocks on Hilbre Island on the Wirral. Some very special people from the RNLI and the North West Air Ambulance rushed Max to Alder Hey Hospital. Together, they saved his life!
270,000 children from across the North West are treated at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital every year and
we would like to support the funding in the Neuro Surgery and Rehabilitation units.
Max and the team had a wonderful afternoon and raising over 8k. It was a big self esteem boost – in particular for Max. His journey is a long one; but he’s making progress all the time and little victories make all the difference in him believing you can make good things come out of a bad situation.
