As our new Head of Frozen, Emily Birch brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the Uren team. With six years of experience within the company, she has proven herself to be a valuable asset in driving success and fostering strong client relationships.
Emily started her journey at Uren as a Sales Executive in the Juices and Purees division before transitioning to IQF Fruit, which she has led to great success. Her dedication and innovative thinking have helped us secure new partnerships and expand into new markets.
In her new role, Emily will oversee the strategic direction of the frozen division, identifying key trends and opportunities for innovation. With a keen eye for emerging markets and consumer behaviour, Emily is excited to continue growing the division and bringing new and exciting products to our customers. "Seeing our products come to life, from concept to consumer, is incredibly fulfilling," Emily reflects. "I am passionate about staying ahead of the curve and bringing innovative solutions to our customers, and I am excited to continue that work in the frozen division."
Working closely with colleagues and customers from around the world, Emily brings a global perspective to her role and is always striving for excellence. "I am constantly inspired by our customers' drive for quality and their commitment to creating amazing products," she says. "Collaborating with them to achieve their goals is always a rewarding experience."
Outside of work, when she's not busy renovating her first home, Emily is a self-confessed foodie who enjoys skiing and spending time with her nieces.
